Promotion
The campaign for 2009 will be fresh, informative and targeted. We'll be working closely with our sister magazine, Access All Areas, as well as leading professional journals and industry associations to make sure that THE EVENT SHOW achieves wide recognition and coverage in the months leading up to the event. Key elements of the campaign include:
- Colour advertising and ticket inserts in the event industry's leading trade media including Exhibition Bulletin, Exhibition News, Exhibiting, as well as presence in the key marketing titles such as Marketing Week, Marketing and the wider business trade press.
- Over 200,000 show invitations inserted in key media and direct mailed to a hand built list of key event buyers and decision-makers from major corporations, charities, associations and local government divisions.
- A high profile PR campaign designed to build up the profile of the event and those participating in it, in all key media in print and online.
- Personalised email shots.
